А у них строительные точно совпадают с цифрой в названии?

Точно сказать не могу но у этого совпадает переименованн он был уже в Киеве (есть такая информация что участвовал в ликвидации последствий аварии на ЧАЭС еще с названием "Каштан-11")возможно кто знает построечные номера других т\х мне известны стр № еще двух но мам другая ситуация попадались приказы о присвоении как там написано строящемся т\х имен ( № 13 - "Александр Ладичук" №14 - "Тимофей Подий" оба постройки 1986г)как велась при этом нумерация не известно думаю каштаны с такими номерами отсутствовали
