Сергей, не владею такой информацией, к сожалению. Я его до этого не видел никогда, как заметил - сразу сфотографировал. Никаких опознавательных знаков, кому мог бы принадлежать, на нем нет. Кстати, на спасательном кругу написано "ПСК СОКОЛ".
