Это разные суда. "РЫБАК" - добывающее, RYOSEI MARU NO.56 - рыботранспортное. Присвоение названий судам на японских верфях не имеет закономерностей.
Все зависит от заказчика. Он может заказать на разных верфях несколько судов и дать им названия, которые будут иметь последовательность (допустим, RYOSEI MARU NO.56, 57, 58 и т.д.), если конечно вся "серия" не строится на одной верфи.
