На причал Омского НПЗ водным путем доставлены коксовые камеры – основное крупногабаритное оборудование, которое в ходе реконструкции будет установлено на действующей установке замедленного коксования (УЗК).
Коксовые камеры были изготовлены заводом «Волгограднефтемаш», и в начале августа отправлены речным и морским путем из Волгодонска в Омск. Во время транспортной операции баржа класса «река-море» с крупногабаритным оборудованием проследовала по Волге, Онежскому и Ладожскому озерам, Неве. В ходе морской части операции оборудование прошло через Балтийское, Северное, Баренцево и Карское моря. Последний этап транспортировки включал в себя реки Обь и Иртыш.
