Аномальная зима, в Москве 17 декабря было около + 8 . Можно было навигацию не закрывать ,а работать как в советские времена до Нового года .

На Новый 2010 было много снега. 29, 30 и 31 декабря 2009 года снег валил почти без перерывов.
А так да, печально. Зимы теплеют.
