На моей памяти впервые. С ним ещё Ярославец "ВРД-819".Полагаю, что до начала ледохода выйдет ОТ-2005 и проложет трассу на реку Самара по которой они уйдут в безопасное место. Надеюсь, что и Дебаркадер-243 спасут.
