Это, конечно, не КС-110-35. КС здесь даже и "не пахнет". Может быть, одна из модификаций проекта 371 (тип Адмиралтеец, http://fleetphoto.ru/projects/697/), но не уверен.

Насколько мне известно, бортовой и регистровый № пишутся так: "Р 22-18 ЛА".
