Это "всплывающий" ремонтный затвор шлюза №8. Такие ставят на всех шлюзах УКиМ перед верхней головой на зиму для ремонта и осмотра шлюза. Поскольку в бьефе между 7 и 8 шлюзами его хранить негде, его отводят в навигационный период на Химкинское водохранилище к косе перед входом на Южный склон https://yandex.ru/maps/213/moscow/?l=sat...37601&z=19.
