По дислокации это понтон"NP-403",а еще сверху на нём погружен"NP-404".
Их наверное в Питер толкают,либо в Беломорск.
Кстати,грузовая марка на понтонах необычная,впервые такую видел.

В конце августа из Архангельска ушли понтоны NP-384 и 385 (названия теже написаны были). Их друг на друга на Красной Кузнице грузили. А эти откуда....
