Необычное расположение кормового брашпиля,почти на миделе. Какая длинная якорная цепь от винтового стопора до клюза . А цепной ящик похоже вообще в машинном отделении ?

Может для удобства работы минимальным экипажем - чтобы из рубки можно быстро добежать и грохнуть якорь.
Вообще, на буксире на этом месте гак стоять должен. Там, где он стоит здесь, осложняет управление составом.
