Не очень-то подходит МС "Вне водоема".
Ведь было же когда-то "на борту другого судна", мне попадалось, по крайней мере.

Потому, что они всё-же на акватории, а не на территории. Иначе выпрыгнувший из воды глиссер тоже будет "вне водоёма", а судно на воздушной подушке постоянно будет вне водоёма даже над водой.
