На заднем плане новый судостроительный и судоремонтный завод. Открыли недавно. "Туркменистан" и "Махтумкули" уже успели отремонтироваться, сдались под РМРС. В начале ноября "Балкан" должен был становиться на стапели. Видимо уже тоже по быстрому прошел докование.
