Точно не знаю. Но наверно не обязательно было раньше. Работали, судовладелец Мальта, оператор Латвия. Зарплата в уе по контракту. Самые лучшие времена СВЛ. Потом в Новоросс отдали и там уже загубили суда и компанию.
