На фотографии эту платформу тащат аж три буксира: "Б-123", "Юбилейный-2" и "Б-104". А меньше месяца назад "Б-123" с этим вполне успешно справлялся и в одиночку: http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/25067/
Единственнное замеченное мною отличие - маленькая баржечка-аппендикс с парой труб (на фото - слева). Но то, что её добавление потребовало аж двух дополнительных буксиров всё равно мне кажется удивительным.
