А что, есть другое объяснение, что вот только ради окошек взяли и пригнали на другой конец мира буксир с Азовской судоверфи?
Разные серии одного завода - это более логично.

Маловероятно, что их вообще перегоняли с Азова.
Северный завод, где они, по моему предположению и были построены, географически расположен примерно 600 километрах севернее.
