Понтон наверняка есть на каких-то других фотографиях — точно помню, что попадался с такой надписью. Надо бы их найти и привязать.

Так надпись (баннер) это с выставки в яхт-клубе МРП. Так и понтон наверно от туда.
А сам понтон похож на тот что был с будкой - Пирс продаж (понтон-200). Может и этот от туда, из Хлебниково.
