Сомневаюсь, что именно проект так (КПЛ-16-30) называется. КПЛ, как и ПК унивесальная маркировка большинства плавкранов различных проектов, в данном случае 16 (т) - грузоподъёмность, 30 (м), вроде, длина стрелы.

Всё, выяснил, проект 81050, КПЛ-16-30 - это тип, так же и с КПЛ-5-30 - тип, проект 81040, соответственно надо бы поправить.
Соответственно 16-ти и 5-ти тонные краны, а 30 - вылет стрелы в метрах.

Кстати сегодня там какой-то агрегат интересный вместо крана стоял, надо смотаться сфотографировать.
