До начала 1990-х годов в этом месте ( на пермской нефтебазе ) разгружались "Волгонефти", приходящие к нам с Волги.( почти каждый день-через день приходили, мне с балкона дома было видно). Далее груз перегружался на железную дорогу и далее в поездах со станции Балмошная уходил по назначению на Восток страны.
