Изначально, это был Затон судостроительного завода. Завод развалился, после был затон СК "Транзит-СВ". На момент съемки "Транзит-СВ" оттуда почти ушли (стоят кроме этого: дебаркадер, кран КПЛ и 2 парохода, остальные уже ушли в район Коркино), и строится ЖХ "Южный берег".
