Добрый день. По моей информации - это, в целом, Октябрьский затон. Ранее функционировало две базы: Борская и Октябрьская. Обе были филиалами Волжского пароходства.
В данный момент Борская БТОФ так и осталась филиалом Волжского пароходства, а Октябрьская БТОФ на бумаге давно не существует. А рем база, которая осталась вместе с затоном - является собственностью Водоходъ. На всех картах, которые в открытых источниках, название местности - Борская БТОФ.
