Чему удивляться? Допустим, строились в разных местах, металл набора и обшивки разной толщины, как следствие, изменение класса. Или модернизация с подкреплением набора/обшивки/комингсов.. Вариантов много..

У обеих по проекту изначально класс *Р с правом выхода в бассейны разряда "О" с уменьшением осадки с 2,1 до 1,85 м. и ограничением по волнению до 1,2 м. Поэтому существующие классы присвоены уже в эксплуатации, а уж каким макаром - то надо конкретно в РСУ интересоваться.
