Геопривязка на карте "от балды". Единственное место в Херсоне, где хоть как то можно привязать этот ракурс, это завод "Палада", но и то терзают меня смутные сомнения.

Рядом проект 1496, мне вроде как "Микола Мовчан"

Где то был ещё один "полярник" Виктор Талалихин, его порезали у нас в 90 х. Довольно много флота отсутствует, придётся восполнять пробелы.
