Просто высокая. Очень высокая будет, когда утонет верхняя часть стенки на речном вокзале. Пока утонула только нижняя. Вот тут (http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/35316/) хорошо видно, на сколько утонула нижняя часть, и на сколько надо еще подняться воде, чтобы утонула и верхняя (такое тоже бывало). А вообще такие высокие паводки случаются не так и редко - только за последние 10 лет нижние причалы оказывались под водой то ли 2, то ли 3 раза.

Вчера вода прошла через "знаменитые" 69 метров. То есть на фото уже где-то почти 70 метров.
