С обеих сторон, но там везде забор и КПП санатория "Подмосковье".
Хотя, уже по карте посмотрел, что можно было вполне пешком до этого места дойти.

В 2010 году случайно заехал на велосипеде с юга, забора не было. С севера в заборах были проходы.

Доезжаете до Заборья со стороны Судаково (55°22′12″N 37°44′56″E), а далее по тропинке 500 м и вы напротив причала.
