Что-нибудь рассказать о текущем состоянии нефтеналивной баржи "НТ-3" не смогу... Она и "НТ-114" использовались для промежуточной подбункеровки ГСМ судов техучастка... Стояли, обычно, выше Усть-Чарышской пристани у левого берега устья реки Чарыш...
