Какая-то странная статья местами. Разве Московско-Окское пароходство (Коломна) относится к МРП? И обозвать непрофильными активами баржи и земснаряды, это тоже сильно.

Судя по статье Порт Кимры и Серпухов нафиг не кому не нужны, а вот Мостурфлот с молотка пойти может.
