На табличке на носу просматривается "Pilot ?" ? - какая-то цифра (ИМХО 1 или 7)
На заднем плане слева похоже на переделку чего-то из типа Ладогалес (или аналогичного), да и справа вроде не сильно и серийное...

не Пилот-4, его перевели в Лиепаю и его фото есть, он другой
