Сложно, на лицо, какая-то шизофрения - тут можно, а тут нельзя... Например вот вполне военный корабль с флагом ВМФ https://fleetphoto.ru/vessel/447/ , но профиль не закрыт. А вот "Шмель", что в виде музейного экспоната, в искусственном водоёме, в Москве, в музее на Поклонной горе - его нельзя.
