В прошлом году возили круглый лес в основном в Финляндию, а сейчас кругляк надо перерабатывать в России. Возможно, по зтой причине и стоят.

Финляндия - член ЕС, а ЕС запретил заход судов под флагом РФ, это тут уже обсуждали. Да, там есть куча исключений по грузам, которые по-прежнему можно возить по разрешениям от конкретной страны, но вот лес как раз таки в исключения не попал
