Судя по табличкам, это "МТ 00-41", служебный причал ОАО "ГСКБ "Алмаз-Антей". Сейчас на Большой Волге кроме данного причала стоят ещё два: "МТ 0042", служебный причал, собственность ФГУПНИИПА и какой-то неопознанный служебный причал базы отдыха "Электрон" (его видно здесь http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/92329/), но не "МТ-0001" (http://fleetphoto.ru/vessel/44695/). У меня есть предположение, что названия - номера ГИМС, написанные без буквы "Р".
