А что имеется в виду под человеческим? Это пассажирские катера на 10 мест. После "Зари" впервые за 10 лет можно прокатится.

Но только Воткинский пруд не включен в перечень внутренних водных путей - коммерческие пассажирские перевозки незаконны. Почему пруд не в перечне - всё вопросы к Правительству УР. Это зависит от их воли
