А почему Дебаркадер-2?
Это же вроде дебаркадер из Коприно. Только недавно в сети видела запросы на ремонт этого дебаркадера.

В Коприно тоже с треугольной надстройкой (очевидно, "архитектор" один и тот же), но совсем другой, побольше:
