Волга - это латинским шрифтом: VOLGA. далее если смотреть с точки латинского написания на трубе BW то это уже первая буква читается как Б . а вторая как дабл Ю. В своё время городовой Москвы Юрий Лужков пытался бороться с "грамотеями" написания названий ларьков и магазинчиков на английском, но так ничего существенного не добился.
