Двухмачтовая гафельная шхуна «Святая Татьяна» – точная копия русских кораблей XVIII-XIX веков, которые перевозили офицерский состав и важную военную корреспонденцию, было построено в рамках программы «Школа юных корабелов» на верфи исторического судостроения «Варяг» в Петрозаводске, 17 сентября она была спущена на воду. Габаритная длина корпуса судна составляет 16,5 м, ширина – 4,5 м, водоизмещение – 26 тонн, мощность двигателя – 60 лошадиных сил, площадь парусов – 120,4 кв.м. Всего единовременно отправиться в морской поход на шхуне сможет шесть артековцев.
