В 1975 году после гибели ЭС "Циклон" была передана Северо-Западному УГМС. Списана в 1997 году и с тех пор в частных руках. В 2000-2002 годах перестроена на Средне-Невском судостроительном заводе в экспедиционную, парусно—моторную шхуну с двухмачтовым гафельным вооружением. Проект парусного вооружения сделан Санкт-Петербургской компанией "Старлит". Судно практически отстроено заново. Полностью заменена наружная обшивка корпуса, перестроена надстройка, ставшая на 40 сантиметров шире штатной. От исходного проекта осталась только часть лобовой переборки ходовой рубки и вентиляционные дефлекторы. Все проходы по судну внутренние. Очень удачная планировка внутренних помещений.

Из-за финансовых затруднений судно было продано в 2004 году в Москву.
