Вот и получается неувязка по датам в базе ЕСИМО и реальным....

Звучала версия, что на табличке написан год закладки, а в ЕСИМО - год сдачи в эксплуатацию. Эта версия объясняет расхождение года на табличке и в ЕСИМО. Однако встречаются и таблички с годом большим, чем год в ЕСИМО. Такое расхождение уже логическому объяснению не поддаётся :(

Это не версия, это общепринятая практика в мировом судостроении.
