Бывший британский ЭМ HMS "Milne"(G14). Передан ВМС Турции в соответствии с межправительственным соглашением от 16.08.1957. Исключен из состава ВМС Великобритании 27.04.1959. Включен с состав ВМС Турции с переименованием и подъемом флага 29.06.1959 в Портсмуте. Перед передачей прошел кап. ремонт и частичную модернизацию. В частности, был демонтирован кормовой ТА, изменена носовая надстройка, установлены РБУ "Squid"
