25 августа 2002 года на Химкинском водохранилище произошло столкновение т/х Академик Якутин и СПК Ракета-191.
В результате происшествия СПК Ракета-191 получило трещину в салоне длиной 2,5 метра.
Затонул 31.01.2021 на реке Волхов и поднят в этом же году.
