По регистровому номеру дата постройки предполагается около 1951 года. Соответственно, с постройки именная (Ангара), потом переделана в наливную со сменой названия. На 1963-й год ещё Ангара, к 1967 уже МН-651. Впрочем, от путаницы всё равно не избавиться: на тот же 1962-й и 1963-й годы и 651, и Ангара присутствуют. И вариант одновременного существования МН-651 и МТН-651 не исключён.
