Юбилейный мост — трёхпролётный разводной пешеходный мост построенный в 2005 году к 750-летию города.
Мост воссоздан на опорах бывшего Императорского моста (Kaiserbrücke), который был сооружен на этом месте в 1905 году, разрушен во время Второй мировой войны и позднее не восстанавливался.
