Это далеко не паром. Баржа с пандусом для выгрузки негабаритного-тяжеловесного оборудования методом выкатываня на автотележках, так называемая "ро-ро". А причал, тоже временный, выложен и аэродромных плит. После выгрузки, причал полностью разбирается.
