Многоуважаемый, указанный вами номер MMSI:273000010 "левый". А проще говоря на судне установили аппаратуру АИС, а зарегистрировать её недосуг! Таких леваков ныне хоть пруд пруди, эти хоть страну указали верно (273) многие вообще одни девятки вбивают. Хохмы ради с таким-же точно леваком нарисовался и Путейский-105 (я имею ввиду №273000010). А регистрировать должны в КОСПАС-САРСАТ(ФГУП "МОРСВЯЗЬСПУТНИК").
