Минус мэрии г. Костромы. Крыши домов на переднем плане, можно было бы и подкрасить в соответствующий вид, все таки город областного значения, а такой захудалый вид для иностранных туристов имеет. (В России мы к этому привыкшие).
В Питере на юбилей города говорят фасады сделали по маршруту следования первого лица и на высоту что можно из лимузина увидеть (Питерцы поправьте если не прав), а Вы говорите крыши...
