Сергей, может быть припомните какие-то нюансы? По логике вещей это скорее всего казанский кран, но визуально претендентов несколько:
КПЛ-415, 422, 556 и 578.
Кстати, по поводу именно 5-го отряда у Эпрона вы уверены? Это московский бассейн, но в то время за московским филиалом Подводречстря такой буксир не числился, ну и проект намекает, что в морях ему привычнее.

Краны мы брали в Челнах,конкретно этот всего один раз, да еще и в праздник...
А сочинцы клали кабель рядом с нами так что Эпрон точно из Сочи. там еще была их площадка и ярославец "Юбилейный"

Если это Челнинский кран, то скорей всего это ПК-52, проект Р-108. И по покраске подходит.
