Речной флот на Амуре в крайнем упадке.Судам в среднем по 30 лет.Дай китайцам волю они скупят всё,что осталось.Взамен предлагают суда своей постройки.Судостроение в Хабаровске практически отсутствует,речные суда вообще не строятся.Мощное когда-то "Амурское пароходство" имеет жалкий вид,есть ещё какие-то частные компании,но эти китайцам не конкуренты.Это моё конечно мнение,при этом около 20-ти лет я отработал на научных морских судах ДВНИГМИ Росгидромета(Вообще судов остались единицы).На Амуре отработал один год,мне этого хватило.Это полный отстой.

Все что было более менее приличное догнивает в затонах или разделано на метал. Не готов сказать за нижний Амур но на среднем Амуре еще при Союзе толком возить было не чего.
