Как раз - весна. Расставляют причалы по штатным местам. Только в данном случае, старый причал из Сосенок ставят на новое место в Дубну.

Причем тут Австралия?
В данном случае расстановка причалов по штатным местам, обычно бывает по весне. тут же расстановка случилась осенью. Так что не надо рассматривать мою фразу буквально по буквам.
