Установлен на постамент в г.Хабаровск и официально открыт 9 мая 1975 года.Текст на мемориальной доске "Морякам-амурцам,проявившим героизм на защите дальневосточных рубежей нашей Родины.Катер участвовал в Великой Отечественной войне в составе Днепровской флотилии.Принял участие в освобождении городов Лунинец,Пинск,а в апреле 1945 г.- Берлинской операции.
