В ЦГА УР имеется на него комплект чертежей. Это первый кран, построенный в Воткинске. Изготавливался на основной площадке, потом доставлялся в Котлас, где собирался и спускался в Архангельск. Вошел в строй как Плавкран Архангельского порта № 1.
К 1926 г. Рег. № 4218. С 30-х гг в Котласе. На апрель 1939 г. как "Кран № 1". В 1945 г. рег. № 58857.
