Все-таки это плавучий дноочистительный кран г/п 10 т типа ДТС по проекту 306К.

Поскольку по своему прямому назначению дноочистительный кран давно не используется, они на корму ему приспособили еще одну стрелу повышенной грузоподъемности и какое-то время использовали его как кормоподъемник....
Можно его условно назвать кормоподъемник на базе ДТС....
