Мне кажется, белая надстройка на берегу с надписью "огнеопасно" когда-то была частью баржи проекта Т-77 (того же проекта, что и "МН-53", http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/77991/).
Похоже, "Яр" пришвартован к барже того же проекта.
